01 USE OF THIS SITE
These terms set out how this website may be used. You may read, browse and print pages for your own use, and share links to them. Please do not copy the text, photography or film for use elsewhere, present the site as your own, or attempt to interfere with how it works.
02 ENQUIRIES AND QUOTATIONS
An enquiry is not a booking, and nothing on this website is an offer to contract. Any rates shown are indicative and are there to give a sense of scale: every hire is quoted individually once we understand the occasion, the hours and the services needed. A quotation we send you is the figure that counts, and it stands only for as long as it says it does. Nothing is reserved until we have confirmed it to you in writing.
03 HIRE TERMS
A confirmed hire is governed by a separate hire agreement between you and the venue, not by this page. That agreement covers the things that matter when something changes: deposits, payment, access times, cancellation and what happens if a date has to move. You will be given it before you commit to anything, and where it and this page differ, the hire agreement is the one that applies.
04 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The name, the marque, the photography, the film and the written content on this site are protected by copyright and related rights, and are not free to reuse. Please do not reproduce them, in whole or in part, without asking us first. If you would like to use an image, write to us and we will tell you whether we are able to grant it.
05 LIABILITY
We take care that what appears here is accurate, but capacities, rates and availability change, and the details of any hire are the ones in your quotation and hire agreement rather than the ones on a web page. We cannot promise the site will always be available or free of faults. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
06 GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If anything here matters to you, write to us and we will answer.
